Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ap288" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the ap288 platform operating at https://ap288.bet, together with its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" — means the ap288 website, mobile web experience, all associated sub-domains, software, applications, and any future digital products offered under the ap288 brand.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has completed the ap288 account registration process and whose account is in good standing.
• "Account" — means the unique registered account held in your name on the ap288 Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wallet Balance" — means the total of confirmed deposits, settled winnings, and credited bonuses minus confirmed withdrawals and settled losses held in your Account at any given moment.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credit, free bet, or cashback amount credited to your Account that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Real Funds" — means deposits made by you using your own money that are not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the total aggregate bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — stands for Know Your Customer, referring to the identity and age verification process ap288 applies to all Member accounts.
• "Services" — means all gaming products, sportsbook markets, payment services, customer support, and related features made available through the ap288 Platform.

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Services. ap288 strictly enforces this age limit. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any Real Funds returned at ap288's reasonable discretion following satisfactory identity verification. ap288 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

2 .2 Residency

The ap288 Platform is operated and marketed primarily for players resident in Indonesia. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ap288 makes no representation that the Services are legal in all locations and accepts no liability if you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ap288:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of ap288 or any of its affiliated companies, including their immediate family members and household members;
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from ap288 or any affiliated platform during the period of that exclusion;
• Individuals accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person, syndicate, or entity in placing wagers.

2.4 Single Account

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one active Account only. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ap288 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings associated with them.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the ap288 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You must create a unique username and a strong password for your Account.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including details submitted during KYC verification — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account details and must notify ap288 promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ap288 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify ap288 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.4 Account Currency

All ap288 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are processed and displayed in IDR. ap288 does not apply currency conversion fees. The currency of your Account cannot be changed after registration.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Mandatory Verification

ap288 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at ap288's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ap288 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.2 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's Licence (SIM) — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photo of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming that the payment method belongs to the registered Account holder.

4.3 Data Handling

All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with ap288's Privacy Policy. Documents are used exclusively for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ap288 currently supports the following Indonesian payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). The list of supported payment methods is subject to change. ap288 will notify Members of material changes via the Platform or by email.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own daily transfer caps.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• ap288 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. No maximum withdrawal limit applies, although large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ap288 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified bank account in the Member's name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes during WIB operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating period.
• ap288 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a pending bonus wagering requirement.
• Withdrawals of Real Funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless the Real Funds were deposited as part of a specific promotional offer that stated otherwise.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ap288 maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal where the cumulative activity on an Account gives reasonable cause for AML concern. ap288 may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required under applicable international standards.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ap288 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions. In case of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering on live casino baccarat, roulette, and sports bets with odds below 1.50 may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered in full within 14 calendar days of the credit date will expire and be removed from your Wallet Balance automatically. Extensions will not be granted except at ap288's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

ap288 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to drain Bonus Funds without genuine risk, coordinating with other Members to exploit a promotion, and claiming bonuses while self-excluded. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited.

6.5 Promotional Eligibility

ap288 reserves the right to limit or exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, including where a Member's betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity inconsistent with recreational gambling.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on ap288 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live studio infrastructure provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Play'n GO. ap288 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on ap288 are governed by the sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, ap288 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to your Wallet Balance.

7.3 Insufficient Funds

A wager will only be accepted if your Wallet Balance — including any eligible Bonus Funds — is sufficient to cover the full stake at the time the bet is placed. ap288 does not offer credit facilities of any kind.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a live game or sports event, your bet remains valid in accordance with the outcome of the game or event as recorded by ap288's servers. ap288's server logs constitute the authoritative record of all wagers placed and outcomes settled. In the event of a platform-side error causing an unintended disconnection, affected bets will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules.

7.5 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, ap288 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction and refund the relevant stakes. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. ap288 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a third-party game studio malfunction.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ap288 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended and may have their Wallet Balance forfeited in whole or in part:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate Platform functionality;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of sports fraud in connection with sportsbook wagers;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or funds to register or operate an Account;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — such vulnerabilities must be reported to ap288 support and not exploited;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ap288 staff, agents, or other Members via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ap288 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and database compilations — is the property of ap288 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without ap288's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The ap288 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. ap288 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ap288 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other economic loss — even if ap288 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Liability

In any event, ap288's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of your Wallet Balance at the time the claim arises, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is the lesser amount.

10.4 Force Majeure

ap288 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, internet outages, labour disputes, or any other event of force majeure.

Responsible Gaming

ap288 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools, all accessible free of charge directly from the Member dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic notifications reminding you of time spent on the Platform during any single session.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your net session result and total time played.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30, 90, or 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion directly from your Account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of the request. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by ap288

ap288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a fraudulent chargeback, or any regulatory requirement to do so.

12.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, any Real Funds remaining in your Wallet Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited upon closure where the relevant wagering requirements have not been completed.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting ap288 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any Real Funds remaining in your balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction in which ap288 holds its operating licence. ap288 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and maintains its primary dispute resolution procedures under the rules of that licensing authority.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. By accessing and using the ap288 Platform, you accept full personal legal responsibility for complying with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ap288 does not provide legal advice and expressly disclaims any liability for your reliance on the Platform in a jurisdiction where its use may be restricted.

Any unresolved disputes between you and ap288 may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Amendments

ap288 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where an email address is on file, by email notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ap288 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3 above.
